This includes 17 acres on the north side of C.R. 510 that has a current zoning designation of CG (commercial general), with the capacity to be developed into 175,000 to 200,000 square feet of retail/office space. The remaining 21.8 acres on the south side of C.R. 510 includes 16.8 acres zoned CG, and 5 acres zoned OCR (office/commercial/retail), all of which could be developed into another 200,000 square feet of general office and retail space. Additionally, GBC owns a CVS Drug Store located on this site.
